GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. The client is only authorized to move about on the island of Ischia. The cost of the rental does not include fuel, which is the customer’s responsibility to supply and purchase based on need. Any costs for the rental vehicle incurred by the customer may be reimbursable, with prior authorization, and only upon presentation of proper invoice to the rental company.
2. The rental period is calculated by day, from 9:00am to 9:00am the following day, rentals beginning after 9:00 am will be charged as a full day. Rentals returned more than 59 minutes late will be charged the rental fee for an additional day.
3. All cars and motorcycles include standard equipment (vehicles tools and spare tyre for cars, helmets and gear for motorcycles) and vehicle documents, for which the customer is responsible. In case of loss, the customer will be responsible for reimbursing the replacement cost based on the vehicle rented.
4. In the case of motorcycle rentals, protective helmets are provided for both the driver and the passenger, which must be worn as required by law (Codice della Strada).
5. Only persons in possession of a type B driver’s license, issued at least one year ago, are permitted to drive rental vehicles. The customer is obligated to provide the rental company with the names of all persons who may drive the rented vehicle and assume full responsibility and administrative burden
